Ingredients Of Malai Chicken
- 1 Tray chicken
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 red chili peppers
- 2 cloves
- 2 cardamom seeds
- 1/2 Inch cinnamon stick
- 1 bay leaf
- 8 ounces heavy whipping cream whipped to soft peaks
- 1 teaspoon dhania powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 1/4 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 Inch ginger paste
- 6 Pods garlic paste
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- coriander fresh
- salt as per taste
Directions:
a)Heat oil.
b)Add red chilli, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, bay leaf till the bay leaf turns golden brown.
c)Add the onion and fry for two minute.
d)Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for 4 - 6 minutes.
e)Add chicken and fry for 5 minutes.
f)Sprinkle chilli, dhania powder, cumin powder and turmeric.
g)Cover chicken + salt (add water if needed) and cook for around 15 minutes till 3/4 cooked.
h)Add can of tomato paste and cook on low heat.
i)Just before removing add the whipping cream and cook for a few minutes.
j)Add Garam Masala and corriander leaves.
k)Remove after a couple of minutes. |
